Terms : All materials will be despatchced after receiving the payment. 

Postage : All orders are shipped F.O.B. point of origin. Unless advised differently, all orders are shipped via post parcel or courier. All orders will be subject to shipping charges no matter what method of service selected. 

Pricing and Policy: We are constantly engaged in research to improve our quality and design. Therefore, JAYPEE reserves the right to improve, modify or discontinue production at any time or to change design or prices without prior notice obligation. 

Prices do not include duties and taxes. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of these products. In the event of any claimed defect, JAYPEE'S sole responsibility is limited to the replacement of the material or at  option of issuing credit for the purchase price. JAYPEE will not be responsible for other claims for incidental and consequential damages.
