TPA provide excellent control of Upper first molar that require stabilization , rotation , expansion , torquing, TPA s are designed to fit 0.036 lingual sheaths. TPAs are available in ten different sizes form 34 MM to 52 MM and are sold in kits of ten with one in each size. Kit includes lingual sheath.   Kit of 10 Palatal Bars one in each size with 20 Lingual sheath.

 H.P. LINGUAL SHEATH-WITH WINDOW

For transpalatal and lingual arches, gives accurate fit to double back bend wires. The sheath base is contoured as per contour of the tooth giving better seating.

Long flange molar tubes with bonding pads for direct bonding on the tooth surface. Contouring of the tube base gives better seating on the tooth. The mesh of the mesh pads is thicker thereby giving better retention.
